Selah: The Pause Experience

*Please carefully read all the terms and conditions of this contract detailed below. You will receive a travel contract with terms and conditions within 48hrs of receiving your retainer. By booking this retreat, this means you already agree to those terms whether you sign the agreement or not.*

For and in consideration for being permitted to participate in the Selah: The Pause Experience  retreat that you have selected (hereinafter the “Retreat” as defined herein), you understand and agree to accept and be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

Cancellation & Registration Policies

Our cancellation policy is strict and firm. Due to the planning, time, and size of our boutique specialized retreats we are unable to refund retainers/deposits and payments made via payment plans or paid in full.  Cancellation/travel insurance is HIGHLY SUGGESTED to visit any of our destination retreats. To protect you and your investment. We recommend Allianz. But you may choose the travel insurance company of your choice 

In the event of your cancellation:

• The $550.00 per person deposit /retainer is non refundable but maybe transferred to another date or traveler to be used within 1 yr. 

• Your $550.00 deposit/retainer OR Payment In Full reserves your spot. The balance is due by Sept 15, 2026. You may request a payment plan and pay your balance by Contacting Us. All bookings after August 1, 2026 must be made in full unless you opt for the Payment Plan.

• We offer several options for payment of your retreat including Klarna,Affirm, PayPal and more.. 

In the event of cancellation by Rosetta CiConta/ Selah: The Pause Experience

• In the event of cancellation by Rosetta CiConta /Selah: The Pause Experience, you will be refunded your entire payment.

• Please confirm that the retreat has reached minimum capacity before purchasing your airline tickets.

• Finalization of retreat may occur up to 60 days prior to retreat.

I understand that there are no refunds if I choose to cancel, change or opt out of any part of my trip based on the cancellation policy above.

I understand any changes to my accommodation and/or training choices on the following pages must be requested by July 1, 2026, are limited based on availability and must be paid for immediately if there are any additional costs.
